INGREDIENT

3 egg whites
100g sugar
1tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
1tsp vanilla essence
B
30g corn flour
1pkt 3 in 1 coffee mix
C
melted chocolate
METHOD
1. Beat A till fluffy and light
2. Sift B and fold in lightly till thoroughly combine
3. Using a piping bag with star nozzle, pipe onto a greased paper line tray
4. Bake for approximately 20 mintues with temperature of 100 deg.
Let the cookies in the oven open a jar for another 30 minutes before cooling
5. Decorate and sandwich with C when the cookies are completely cool.
