Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients: 2 eggs, butter, plain flour, caster sugar and semi sweet chocolate chips
Double boil and melt the chocolate chips and butter
Whisk eggs and suger till light and fluffy
Mix in the melt chocolate into the egg mixture
Follow by mix in the plain flour
Grease the bottom and sides
Baking in oven
Actually bake for less then 10 mins will be better around 6 to 7 mins
Yummilicious!!
Ingredients:
100g Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate (increase it if you want more fudge)
Butter – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2
Sugar – 1/3 cup
All-purpose Flour – 1/4 cup
Method: (This makes 4 ramekins/glass bowls/aluminium bowls)
1. Melt the chocolate and butter together. You can use a double boil.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until it is of a light and fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs mixture
4. Follow by add in the all-purpose flour and mix well.
5. Grease the bottom and sides of ramekins with butter and pour in mixture until 3/4 full.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 deg C for approximately 10 minutes less then 10 mins will be even better if you bake 10mins or more the lava will gone :). Bake for a shorter time to achieve a gooey inside.
6. Sprinkle icing sugar all over the lava cake for decoration.
7. Serve warm with ice-cream, fruits or whipped cream.
