Chocolate Madeleine


The Ingredient

Eggs and Sugar

Thick and Creamy

Sift flour, cocoa powder & baking powder

Mix the sift flour into batter

Stir till combined

Put into madeleine pan

Almost done

TADA!!!

Ingredients

90g Plain Flour
90g Caster Sugar
90g Butter (melted & cool)
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder

Method

1. Grease a madeleine pan by brushing it with melted butter.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar with a mixer for a bout 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
3. Mix in the flour mixture (sift flour, baking powder & cocoa powder together), stir till combined.
4. Mix in the melted butter.
5. Spoon the batter to the grease madeleine pan (do not over fill).
6. Bake for 10 mins in a preheat 180 deg.

This recipe gives a very soft and moist chocolate madeleine. Happy Baking!
