Thank you Nuffnang for the first buffered earning advertise in my Baking n Cooking Blog

This is really a one happy day for me. Well guess what? One of the Nuffnang advertisers has decided to advertise their products in my blogs bakingncooking. For the first time both my blogs received a Buffered Earning advert. I'm superrrrrr happy ^^

Is like making money while blogging. I'll try my best to update both my blogs more often.

Hearts of Honey ^_^



Beat butter and sugar till fluffy

Add in egg white and vanilla essence

Plain flour, cocoa powder, milk powder & baking soda

Paste like

Pipe into heart shape



Ingredients
A:
100g Butter
100g Caster Sugar (I use only 85g)

B:
1 Egg White
1 Tsp vanilla Essence

C:
150g Plain flour
20g Cocoa powder
20g Milk Powder
1/8 Tsp baking soda

For Deco
Candied heart toppings

Utensil needed
1 Nozzle no 22
1 Piping bag

Method
1) Beat ingredient (A) in a mixer until fluffy.
2) Add in ingredient (B) mix well.
3) Fold in ingredient (C) mix till paste like
4) Put the paste into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, pipe out heart shapes on lined baking trays spaced apart and place a piece of topping on top
5) bake in a preheated oven 170 deg for 15 to 20 minutes
6) Cool well and store them in airtight jars.

Seafood Spaghetti



Ingredient:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Crab stick
Few prawn
150ml to 200ml Chicken stock
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Cans of Tomatoes puree

Season:
Salt
Pepper

Method:

1. Heat up the oil and fry garlic till fragrant
2. Add chicken stock, tomato puree & tomato paste
3. Cover lid till boil, stir occasionally.
3. Add in spaghetti
4. Season with salt and pepper

KL-Style Hokkien Mee









Ingredients:

6 tbsp oil (lard is better if you have it)
8 cloves garlic, minced (about 5 tbsp)
2 tbsp thick soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cups water
½ tsp ground white pepper
6 oz pork tenderloin, sliced (chicken can be used too)
6 oz medium-sized shrimp, shelled and deveined
6 oz fishballs (cut in half), optional
Cai Xin

Method:

1. Mix black soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt with the water.

2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and brown the garlic.

3. Add the pork and fry for a minute till it is slightly cooked, then add the fishballs and shrimp. Fry for another minute until shrimp is partially cooked.

4. Add the soy sauce mixture and bring to boil.

5. Add cai xin and cover pan to wilt the vegetable.

6. Loosen noodles and add to the wok. Toss noodles around the sauce to coat noodles with sauce. Continue to turn noodles around until most of the sauce has been absorbed and noodles are looking dark and sauce has thickened. Add the white pepper and adjust seasonings.

7. Serve with sambal belacan or sliced chillies.

Easy Fried Chicken









Ingredients

Crispy Flour
Chicken thigh meat
Egg (lightly beaten)
Oil

Seasoning:
Oyster Sauce
Pepper
Sesame Oil


1. Season the meat with oyster sauce, pepper and sesame oil for at least 30 mins.
2. Dip the meat into the lightly beaten egg then into the flour. (remember do not coat too much flour)
3. Fried till cook or golden brown.
4. Serve it while hot.

Macadamia Nut Cookies










Ingredients

A

160g butter
80g caster sugar (I use 70g)
110g brown sugar (I use 100g)

B
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

C
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
100g Macadamia Nuts (diced)
100g chocolate chips

1. Place ingredient (A) into mixer, beat until fluffy, add in ingredient (B) and mix
well. Fold in ingredient (C) mix till paste like

2. Use a teaspoon to scope out. Shape it with the aid of the second teaspoon. Place
on lined baking trays. Reapeat process to the end.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 15 min or until golden. Cool well on a
wire racks. Store in airtight bottles

Creamy Chicken Mushrooms Spaghetti








This is the most easy and quick recipe to cook Spaghetti.

Ingredients

1 Can Creamy Chicken (I use Campbell's Soup)
1 Can Mushrooms (cut slices)
1 Pkt Spaghetti

1. Pour a can of creamy chicken into a pot and use the same can fill up with water
and mix it with the creamy chicken soup bring to boil
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices
3. Creamy chicken soup boil put the slices mushrooms in boil for 2 mins turn of the
fire
4. Boil a pot of water put some oil and salt put the spaghetti in when the water is
boil then cook for about 5 to 6 mins or till the spaghetti is soft.
5. Ready to be serve..

Cuty Kitty Cookies










Ingredients A
150g ~ unsalted butter
90g ~ icing sugar
1 ~ egg
1 tsp vanilla essnce
pinch of salt
2 tsp milk

Ingredients B
225g ~ all purpose flour
35g ~ milk powder

Ingredients C
25g ~ ground almond

Ingredients D
Some raisins for decor

Ingredients E
Melted chocolate

Method

1. Beat A till fluffy and light
2. Sift B and fold in lightly with C till become dough.
3. Roll the dough into small balls and place onto a greased tray, press with hand
to flatten slightly. stick the raisins on top to assemble ears.
4. Bake for approxmately 2 Minutes with temperature of 180 deg
5. Decorate with E when completely cool.
