Happycall - Simple Pan Fried Prawn


Marinate the prawn

Put some oil and put the prawn into the pan then cover it



Ingredients:

10 or more medium Prawns
1 teaspoon Chicken Powder
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
a pinch of Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil

Method:

1. Clean prawns, cut off antenna and pat dry.
2. Marinate with Chicken Powder, sugar and corn flour.
3. Heat oil in pan over low heat.
4. Place prawns in pan and close the pan for 2 minutes
5. Shift the pan so the prawns can get evenly cooked.
6. Open the pan and turn prawns over.
7. Close pan and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes till all prawns are cooked.

Happycall - Dong Fen Prawn (Glass Noodle Prawn)


Prawn & Dong Fen

Marinate prawn with pepper and sesame oil

Seasoning light soya sauce and dark soya sauce and a cup of water

Stir fry garlic and ginger

Add in prawn first once the prawn is 60% cook add in dong fen

Add in water

1 Tbs dark soya sauce

2 Tbs light sauce (optional i add in 1 Tbs of Shao Xing Wine)

Cover up

TATA!! Delicious Dong Fen Prawn

Ingredients

10 medium prawns
Dong Fen (1 bunch)
Some Garlic (diced)
Some ginger (diced)

Seasoning :

1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
2 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoon Shao Xing Wine (Optional)
1 cup water

Marinate (prawn) :

some sesame oil
a dash of pepper

Cooking method :

Marinate prawns with marinates ( i marinate for half a day)
1. Heat some oil in HappyCall
2. Fry the garlic and ginger
4. Add in the prawns and cook for about 6 mins (flip once in between)
5. Add in dong fen,stock and seasoning
6. Cook for another 1-2 mins
7. Ready to serve
