Guo Tie 锅贴



Spread a little bit of oil on the pan then put the dumpling

After awhile 4 mins then pour 1 cup of water in

Cover up

When the water is evaporated, put 1 tbsp of oil at the side of Guo Tie

When the bottom turn browned is ready!

So yummy and juicy!!!
