Moist Chocolate Cake


Ingredients

Chocolate Paste

Sieve flour and baking powder

After sieve leave it a side

Beat butter and suger

Beat until light and fluffy

Then add in vanilla essence

Then add in egg 1 at a time

Fold in flour mixture

Then follow by fold in chocolate paste mixture

Pour into a 7" cake pan

Baking in oven 180 deg

TADA!!!! My Yummy Moist Chocolate Cake


Chocolate Paste:

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
1/4 cup castor sugar (reduce 1-2 tbsp if you prefer it less sweet)
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup evaporated milk
pinch of salt

125g butter, softened
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essense
2 large eggs

1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder


Method:

1. Grease and line bottom of cake pan with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180c.

2. Combined all ingredients for chocolate paste except MILK in a mixing bowl. Hand whisk mixture till sugar are fully dissolved.

3. Add in milk, stir to mix well. Set aside.

4. Sift cake flour and baking powder together for later use.

5. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar till it is light and fluffy. Add vanilla essense and continue with eggs one at a time. Beat till well combined.

6. Gently fold in flour mixture, alternate with the chocolate paste. *Start with flour and end with flour.

7. Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or till it is cooked.

8. Leave it to cool before unmould the cake.

Easy Bread


The ingredients

Put flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar in a pan

follow by egg and milk

Use a pair of chopstick, mix by stirring in circle motion

Keep stirring till all flour coated with liquid

Until al the dry and wet ingredients come together after that put butter and stir till incorporate into the dough

Once incorporated, start knead with hand

Kneading with lifting and folding motion. Press down with the heel of your hand



The dough should be soft and easy to work with. Do add some flour if sticky. Stop kneading once all the ingredients incorporated. The kneading process should be done within 5 mins
Cover the dough and rest for 15 mins

Press down to form a flat circle

Divide the circle into 8 portions

Mould all the portions into ball

Into 8 balls

Flaten it

Wrap with sausage



Place on a grease paper

Bake in the pre-heated oven 180C for 10-12 mins

TADA!!! Delicious easy bread!!

1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg (lightly beaten)
100ml milk
10g margarine/butter

Method

1. Put flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar inside a pan
2. Follow by egg and milk
3. Using a pair of chopstick, mixing by sitrring in circle motion
4. Keep sitrring till all flour coated with the lquid
5. As you sitr the dry and wet ingredients will come together
6. Put in the butter
7. Stir again to incorporate butter into the dough
8. Once the butter incorporated into the dough, start knead with hand. Kneading with lifting and folding motion.
9. Press down with the heel of your hand. The dough should be soft and easy to work with. Do add some flour if sticky.
10. Stop kneading once all the ingredients incorporated. The kneading process should be done within 5 mins.
11. Cover the dough and rest for 15 mins.
12. Place the rested dough on lightly floured surface
13. Press down on form a flat circle
14. Divide the circle into 8 portions
15. Mould all the portions into balls
16. Wrap with sausage
17. Place onto the greased pan. Leave to prove for 45 mins in a warm place
20. After the proving, brush with egg wash
21. Bake at 180c for 10-12 mins
22. Allow to cool on wire rack
