Chocolate Chips Oat Cookies
Ingredients
Whisk Butter, brown sugar & sugar
Add in 2 eggs and vanilla essence
Add in flour
Add in chocolate chips & Oat
Mix into dough
Baking in oven
TADA!!! Chocolate chips oat cookies
Ingredients
250g Unsalted butter
150g Sugar
100g Light brown sugar
2 Pcs Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla essence
250g Plain flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
150g Rolled Oats
Method
1. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt.
2. Whisk butter & sugar.
3. Beat in eggs & vanilla essence until light & fluffy
4. Add in flour mixture and beat on low speed until combined.
5. Using a wooden spoon, add in oats & chocolate chips mix into dough.
6. Drop tsp of cookies dough onto baking sheets, bake in preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 12-15 mins.
7. Transfer to wire rack to cool down, store in air-tight container.

Japanese Curry with chicken cubes

This is super easy to cook using Japanese Curry Sauce Mix ... Just add water.... & all the ingredients you like...
Method
The recipe written at the back of the box. Just follw the instruction get the ingredients that you want ready and your Japanese Curry will be ready in just 20 minutes.
Braised Ee Fu Noodle
Recipe
Braising sauce (mix altogether)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp dark sauce for colour
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Hua Tiao Wine (optional but it makes a difference)
Dash of white pepper (optional)
1 cup water
Ingredient
Few pce of chicken meat (cut into small cubes)
2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
2 to 3 handful beansprouts, heads and tails removed
1 Pkt Japanese golden mushroom
2 dried mounds Ee Fu Noodles (enough for 2 servings)
2 to 3 tbsp oil
Method
1) Heat oil stir fry garlic.
2) Add Bean sprouts, Japanese golden mushroom stir fry for about 1 minute.
3) Add Braising sauce and water allow to simmer (about 1 minute). Maintain medium-high heat throughout.
4) Add in Ee Fu noodles, make sure the noodle is cover by the braising sauce. Cover the lid and let the noodles stew in the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes. Open lid and check for doneness. There should be little or no braising sauce when the dish is done.
5) Do not overcook or the noodles will become soggy.
6) Serve while hot.

Steam Herbal Chicken
Ingredient
Marinade Wings
TADA ... Steam Herbal Chicken
This is Simply delicious dish! And it's simple to prepare too.. Everyone loves it so much
Ingredients:
10 Pcs Chicken Wings
3 Pcs Dǎng shēn (当参)
1 Pce Běi Qí (北芪)
A few Slices Of Yu Zhu(玉竹)
1 Tbsp Wolfberries (枸杞子)
6 red Red Dates, remove seeds
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sesame oil
3 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
1) Marinade wings with Oyster sauce, Sesame Oil, Shaoxing Wine & Water for at least 30 mins, put them into zip lock bag then put back into fridge.
2) Place wings on plate together with dang shen, bei qi, wolfberries, red dates and don't forget the sauce in the zip lock bag don't waste pour the sauce over the wings.
3) Steam the wings for 30 mins or until the wings is cooked.
4) Serve while hot.

Recipe
Peel Roselle Calyces and remove the seeds. Wash thoroughly
2 Bowl roselle calyces (From NTUC Fairprice per pack at S$2.80, I got it FREE coz my father in law plant them)
500ml water
sugar to taste (up to individual taste buds)
Method
Simply cook the Roselle Calyces with water and add in sugar to taste
Abt 8 – 10 minutes (until the water boiling)
The taste of the drink is similar to Ribena

Dinner on 21/08/2010
Prima taste Hainanese chicken rice premix
With this premix cooking Hainanese chicken rice is so easy.
Just wash the rice, mix in the paste & add enough water to cook the rice. Very easy.
When the rice was cooking in the rice-cooker, you can already smell the fragrance in the entire house. After the rice is cook leave it in the rice cooking for another 20 mins before serve.
Marinade for a few hours (best overnight)
Ingredient
4 Chicken Thighs
6 tbsp light soya sauce
6 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
Method
1) Preheat oven to 160C.
2) Put chicken thighs on a baking tray with skin face down.
3) Bake for 20 minutes. Brush additional marinade in between baking.
4) Turn the thighs over bake the other side of the chicken. Brush on additional marinade as well.
5) Bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Chocolate Madeleine
The Ingredient
Eggs and Sugar
Thick and Creamy
Sift flour, cocoa powder & baking powder
Mix the sift flour into batter
Stir till combined
Put into madeleine pan
Almost done
TADA!!!
Ingredients
90g Plain Flour
90g Caster Sugar
90g Butter (melted & cool)
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Method
1. Grease a madeleine pan by brushing it with melted butter.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar with a mixer for a bout 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
3. Mix in the flour mixture (sift flour, baking powder & cocoa powder together), stir till combined.
4. Mix in the melted butter.
5. Spoon the batter to the grease madeleine pan (do not over fill).
6. Bake for 10 mins in a preheat 180 deg.
This recipe gives a very soft and moist chocolate madeleine. Happy Baking!

Cai Xin Soup
Stir fried Hairy Gourd with Dried Shrimps
Ingredients (Serve 2)
1 small hairy gourd, sliced into strips
10g of dried shrimps, soaked till softened
1 small carrot, sliced thinly (i dun hv this so didn't put)
1 bundle of tanghoon, soaked till softened (i dun hv this as well)
1 piece of sweetened dried beancurd skin, cut into strips (i omit this)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oil
Method
1) Heat up some cooking oil in a wok. Add in the garlic and dried shrimps till fragrant.
2) Add in the hairy gourd.
3) Slowly pour in the water and simmer till the vegetables softened.
4) Stir in the salt, light soya sauce & fish sauce.

Yeah Yeah!!!! I got a 2nd Buffered Earning Advertise...

My kids used to wear Drypers when they are baby, i can say that is a good diapers it keep baby butts clean and dry! :) The most important is Drypers is much cheaper then other diapers.
